The warehousing and delivery of reserved products may take one to several months, depending on the order and delivery situation. Even if you inquire at Steam Deck Sales Support, it is difficult to provide accurate information. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
As soon as we are able to secure stock for regular sales in Japan/Korea/Hong Kong/Taiwan, we will send Purchase Instructions to your registered e-mail address in the order of reservations. Purchases must be completed within 72 hours. If you do not complete your purchase within 72 hours, the reservation will be automatically canceled. You cannot change to another model. If you wish to change the model, you will need to cancel your current reservation and make a new one.

The status “Processing” means that the deposit for the reservation has been completed.
You can change the shipping address in your account. Please make sure there are no errors in your address and don’t forget to click the Save button. It is also possible to make some changes before the final tracsaction. However, you cannot change the shipping address after completing the purchase.
We do not update the reservation numbers. We are unable to respond to inquiries for the current order of reservations.
We will send you Purchase Instructions via email in the order of reservation. After confirming the purchase, it will be placed on the next waiting list for shipment in the order of reservation. Shipment may be delayed if a shipping information error requires correction and verification.

When using the same account, no matter if you booked your Steam Deck and Docking Station together or separately, if there is stock of Docking Station then we will be sending you a grouped invoice for both the Deck and the Docking Station, and deliver both together once we confirm your payment.
