Returns and Limited Warranty

Cancellation after Payment	Cancellations will not be accepted after the order has been paid for and shipping arrangements have been confirmed. If you wish to cancel an order after payment has been made, please be sure to refer to [Return Policy].
Returns Policies	For Steam Deck and related components and accessories (individually and collectively, the “Product”), you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the Product purchased from an authorized reseller to return the purchased Product. All requests for cancellation after confirmed shipping arrangements will be treated as “returns.” To be eligible for a refund, the Product must be returned in new condition and unopened. Please contact us within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Product. After receiving your return request, we will send you instructions on how to return the product. ・Please return the product in the condition in which it was delivered (with the outer box intact). ・The shipping cost will have to be borne by you. ・KOMODO is not the address for returning the product. Please note that we cannot handle it even if you send your product to the KOMODO. Refunds will be issued only after the returned Product has been confirmed and verified. Refunds will be made to the payment method used by the customer if possible, otherwise it will be made via wire transfer to a designated bank account. In such cases, the transfer fee will be deducted from the refund. Please note that the return program will not be applied if the package is found to have been opened. If you have an issue that you believe falls under the Limited Warranty, please follow the instructions on the Steam Support page for assistance.

Timing of Transfer of Ownership

Ownership is transferred to the customer when the customer completes payment for the full amount due and the product is shipped. However, the Company shall bear responsibility for any product that ends up lost before reaching its delivery destination due to the intentional or negligent fault of the delivery company.
