|Delivery time||Physical products will be shipped within 3 business days after receiving payment.
Note: Delivery may be delayed due to preorder sales, product shortages, backorders, weather delays, natural disasters, traffic, or other reasons. When a product is available for preorder, out of stock, or on backorder, such information will be stated on the product page.
|Preorders||The Company or the customer may cancel the preorder at any time before a shipping notification is sent, even after the preorder process is complete. A preorder cannot be reinstated after its cancellation. In the event of a cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded (refer to “refund methods” below). The delivery timing of preorders is at the sole discretion of the Company, regardless of the order in which they are made.
Customers cannot transfer their preorders to others.
Returns and Limited Warranty
|Returns and cancellation policy||For Steam Deck and related components and accessories (individually and collectively “Hardware”) you have the right to cancel any purchase of the Hardware on Steam within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) receives the Hardware purchased. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your order by an unequivocal statement.
To do this, please contact us via the inquiry page and include your order number in the inquiry.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your cancellation message before the cancellation period has expired and then send back the goods by following the instructions provided to you no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us.
This return program may not be available to you if the Hardware has been modified, abused, or is otherwise no longer in new condition as a result of your testing of the Hardware exceeding what would be possible to you when buying the Hardware in a retail store. In that case, you may be liable for the diminished value of the Hardware due to its treatment while in your possession.

|Refund methods||When possible, refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment. When not possible, refunds will be made via wire transfer to a designated bank account. Fees may apply.|

The products sold through this site are for individual customer use and the internal use of applicable companies only. Products may not be resold to third parties or used for other commercial or business purposes under any circumstances.
Timing of Transfer of Ownership
Ownership is transferred to the customer when the customer completes payment for the full amount due and the product is shipped. However, the Company shall bear responsibility for any product that ends up lost before reaching its delivery destination due to the intentional or negligent fault of the delivery company.
