Ways to Make a Purchase on the Steam Deck Site: Reservation and Buy It Now

How to Reserve a Product

※ Products waiting to be restocked are marked ‘Out of Stock – Reserve Now’.
※ As soon as we are able to secure stock, we will send Purchase Instructions in the order that reservations were received.
If you are using a spam filter please be sure it is set to accept incoming email from [[email protected]]
※ The restocking may take one to several months, depending on delivery situation. Even if you inquire at Steam Deck Sales Support, it is difficult to provide accurate information on wait time.

Step 1 Select an Item

On the product page, select the model you want to reserve and click ‘Out of Stock- Reserve now’.

Step 2 Check Your Items in the Cart

Go to your Cart and make sure that your order is correct then click ‘Proceed to checkout →’ at the bottom of the page.

※Shipping costs will be added when you pay for the product.
※ You can reserve up to one model of Steam Deck per account. Only one Docking Station can be reserved per Steam Deck order.

Step 3 Enter Your Information

Type your information

※ If the billing and shipping addresses are different, please click ‘Ship to a different address?’ and enter the address to receive the shipment.

Please review the ‘privacy policy’ and ‘refund policy’ and check the checkbox. Next, select the payment method and click ‘Place Order’.

Step 4 Enter Payment Information

Please go to the Payment Information page.
Enter the correct information and click ‘Pay’.

Step 5 Receive Reservation Confirmation Email

Once the deposit payment has been completed, you will receive an email saying “Your Steam Deck order has been received!”

※ The user account and initial password are automatically created with the email address you entered for the reservation.
You can change your password from My Account or the link in the email titled ‘Your Steam Deck account has been created!’.

Step 6 How to Purchase a Product

As soon as we are able to secure stock, we will send an email “【Komodo Steam Deck Store】 Complete Your Order” to your registered email address.
Please proceed with the payment and complete the purchase.

※ If you do not complete your purchase within 72 hours, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

Step 7 Shipment

When the shipment is complete, an email, “【Komodo Steam Deck Store】Order Delivery”, along with the tracking number will be sent.

※Delivery may take about 1-2 weeks after completion of payment.
※ If the product you received has problems such as initial defects, please contact the manufacturer’s Steam Support.

If you want to cancel your reservation:
You can cancel your reservation before you complete your payment in Step 6.
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us through the inquiry form with your order number.

If you want to change to a different model:
If you wish to change to a model in stock, follow the procedure above to cancel the reservation first and then purchase the model you want.

※ The deposit you paid will be refunded after ‘cancellation’ is completed.

Changing shipping address after reservation is completed:
Please enter your address correctly and don’t forget to click the Save button.
You can also verify and edit the shipping address once again when you complete the payment.

 

How to Purchase a Product

※ Products in stock are marked ‘In Stock – Buy Now’ and can be purchased immediately without reservation.
※ If you are using a spam filter please be sure it is set to accept incoming email from [[email protected]]

Go to your Cart and make sure that your order is correct then click ‘Proceed to checkout →’ at the bottom of the page.

※ Reserved Items and Buy It Now Items cannot be put in the same cart.

Step 3 Enter Your Information

Type your information

※ If the billing and shipping addresses are different, please click ‘Ship to a different address?’ and enter the address to receive the shipment.
※ Any issues with the shipping address you provided may cause impossible shipments or delivery delays. Please write your shipping address correctly in the local language.
※ It is not possible to change the shipping address after the payment is completed.

Please review the ‘privacy policy’ and ‘refund policy’ and check the checkbox. Next, select the payment method and click ‘Place Order’.

Step 4 Enter Payment Information

“Go to the Payment Information page.
Enter the correct information and click ‘Pay’.”

Step 5 Receive Order Confirmation Email
